WebServes now offers its preferred clients a Client Support Plan option as a supplement to its technology project services.

 

In the WS Client Support Plan,a client purchases support at discounted rates to cover any of the areas of service that WebServes offers.

- Database Development                            - Web & Online Marketing

- Website Updates                                        - Maintenance

- Troubleshooting                                         - Consulting

 

This support plan is intended to supplement an existing project, and is not the basis for initiating a new project. We reserve the right to declare a task ineligible under support plan terms if the requested task is considered to be new work or a departure from the initial client project.

 

WebServes currently offers two Plan Levels:

 

Basic Plan - The minimum support plan costs $900 for six months. Task hours billed under this plan are discounted by 25%.

           

Premier Plan - This support plan costs $1500 for six months. Task hours billed under this plan are discounted by 50%.

Example: If the Client uses 4 hours of support time per month billed at $50 per hour (typical web developer rate) over the 6-month period (24 hours), the total billable costs would be $1200. With the plan ($900), the discounted hourly rate would equal $37.50 — a 25% reduction.

Initiating a Client Support Plan is simple -- select the plan level that matches your projected monthly requirements over a six-month period and inform us of the selection. Upon agreement, we will send you an invoice, and once the invoice is paid, you maybe begin using the support plan.

 

 

 

The Fine Print

  1. Unused plan hours expire at the end of the plan period.
  2. Longer plan periods may be agreed upon to allow the extension of available hours over a longer period. For example, Clients may elect a one-year plan period, instead of 6-month.
  3. The hours may be increased, but not decreased within the plan period (six months).
  4. Client will be charged for all hours provided by WS TechAgent. If a requested task requires additional time beyond the hours allotted in the support plan, WS will notify client. Client may, at its discretion, request additional hours of support within a commitment period.
  5. The support plan may be renewed at the same base cost.
  6. The support plan may be terminated with a minimum of 30-day notice prior to the end of the plan period without incurring additional fees.
