Our Project Process moves through the entire life cycle of a project, from inception through deployment to a live environment. We add value to the entire application lifecycle process and support the client until the project is delivered.

There are four main phases to the project process:

Discover -> Architect -> Produce -> Deploy

A Support phase is also added for most client projects

DISCOVER

The Discovery phase is the most critical stage of a project, because it establishes a foundation for your project’s future success. In this phase, we work with you to create an overall project framework and help you clarify your needs and objectives.

The outcome:a 360° view of your project that takes into account its intentions, limits and schedule.

ARCHITECT

Using the information gathered in the Discovery phase, we next focus on designing a solution that fulfills your project’s needs and objectives. We design your project’s information, site, interface and functionality in terms of real, definable users. The technical specifications of the project are elaborated and detailed in this phase, leading to action plans with milestones.

PRODUCE

Following the defining and planning of the Architecture phase, we implement the style guides, code, objects and media elements that express the needs and objectives your project. When applicable, we also implement databases and server-side components. Near the end of this phase, we begin to bring the project elements into a “live” environment for demonstration and testing purposes.

DEPLOY

In this phase, after we’ve carefully tested the application’s functionality and the final product meets with your approval, we deploy your project into a “live” environment.

SUPPORT

The success of your organization’s online presence goes beyond ownership of a website.

We work with you to update and maintain your application with new features as requested.
